Hardrace Rear Sway Bar 25.4mm for Mercedes-benz A-class W176 2012–2018 and Mercedes-benz B-class W246 2011–2018 and more
Hardrace's 25.4mm rear sway bar sharpens the handling of the Mercedes-benz A-class W176 2012–2018 and Mercedes-benz B-class W246 2011–2018 and more by cutting body roll and giving more control over the car's balance.
It bolts into the standard mounts and offers multiple settings for fine-tuning, making it an easy upgrade for fast road and track use.

Installation
Support the car safely on a ramp or axle stands. Undo the drop links and bush brackets and remove the original bar. Fit the Hardrace bar with its bushes, refit the brackets and links, and tighten to the vehicle manufacturer's torque figures with the suspension loaded at normal ride height. No wheel alignment is needed for the bar alone. We recommend professional fitting.
Upgrade Further
Which setting should I start on?
Start on the softest hole with both sides set the same, then go firmer if you want less roll.
Do I need an alignment after fitting?
No. An anti-roll bar does not change camber, toe or castor. An alignment is only needed if you change ride height at the same time.
Can I reuse my standard drop links?
Yes. On lowered cars, adjustable drop links let you set the bar level at rest so it is not pre-loaded.
Will it make the ride harsher?
A stiffer bar is felt mainly in corners and over single-wheel bumps. Ride over even bumps is largely unchanged.
Should I fit the front bar too?
Upgrading both ends cuts roll at both axles while keeping the balance closer to standard. Fitting one end only shifts the balance.
Will it fit my car?
It is listed for the models in the Fitment section. FOR 2WD USE.
Is it road legal?
Yes, it is a bolt-on suspension part for road and track use. Tell your insurer about any modifications.
